The Company has adopted a Code of Ethics and an Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. To this end, the Board of Directors has appointed a Supervisory Body which, with autonomous powers of initiative and control, oversees the functioning and compliance with the Organisation, Management and Control Model and is responsible for keeping it up to date.
