Europa Risorse SGR is committed to ensuring that its activities are carried out in full compliance with applicable regulations, as well as with the ethical and behavioural principles of integrity and correctness set out in the Company’s internal regulations, the Code of Ethics and the Organisation, Management and Control Model (Model 231).
To this end, the SGR encourages the collaboration of its staff and third parties to promote the identification and prevention of relevant unlawful conduct that may come to their attention in the course of their professional relationship with the Company.
In this context, Europa Risorse SGR has established internal reporting channels (hereinafter also referred to as “whistleblowing”) to enable the reporting of violations of the principles set out in Model 231, of Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, as well as of other national and European Union regulatory provisions and other regulations requiring the adoption of reporting systems.
In particular, reports may be submitted by the reporting person to the Manager of Internal Reporting Systems, identified by the SGR as the Head of the Internal Audit Function, through one of the following methods:
- primarily, via the Digital Platform — accessible at the following URL: https://areariservata.mygovernance.it, which ensures, through technical means, the confidentiality of the reporting person’s identity, as well as the possibility of submitting reports anonymously;
- alternatively, at the reporting person’s request, through a direct meeting with the Manager of Internal Reporting Systems, to be arranged within a reasonable timeframe.
By way of example, reports may relate to:
- violations of the SGR’s Organisation, Management and Control Model;
- violations of Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 (e.g. offences against the Public Administration, private-sector corruption, corporate offences, cybercrime, etc.);
- violations of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations;
- violations of competition law;
- violations of other regulations applicable to financial and investment activities.
The above-mentioned channels are not intended for the submission of complaints or grievances of a personal nature.
For further details, please read the Whistleblowing Procedure carefully before submitting a report.
